Executive Chef/Owner Steve Luther continues the original plan of creating a restaurant with a more casual atmosphere. Armed with the belief that fine foods don’t necessarily have to be “haute” or expensive to be enjoyed, Steve focuses on technique and quality, more so than exotic or whimsical. “When I decided to buy Fire, I realized that my dream wasn’t to apprentice under the top chefs in the city/US, but to continue my talent of being a chef and show the people of Crestline and Birmingham that consistent service and cuisine are here to stay.”
